You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient maintenance, servicing, and renovation of rolling stock and infrastructure to meet customer demands. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Maintenance Managers, Team Leaders, and Industrial Teams), lead your team effectively, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and much more. You'll specifically take care of delivering start-of-shift and end-of-shift briefings, as well as coordinating team deployments, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team development. **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience.
