Maintenance Engineer

Hi Aspirant, We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Maintenance Engineer** with hands-on experience in **LPDC /GDC /HPDC** operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring machine availability, preventive maintenance, breakdown reduction, and continuous improvement in manufacturing equipment performance. Key Responsibilities - Planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities. - Troubleshooting and resolving breakdowns of LPDC, HPDC, and GDC machines and auxiliary equipment. - Monitoring machine health and improving equipment reliability and availability. - Coordination with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations. - Root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementation of corrective actions. - Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. - Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. - Managing spare parts inventory and supporting cost optimization initiatives. - Driving TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities. - Maintaining maintenance records, reports, and documentation. Candidate Profile Education - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience - 4 to 7 years of experience in maintenance of LPDC, HPDC, and/or GDC equipment. - Experience in automotive die-casting or foundry industry preferred. Desired Competencies - Analytical thinking and decision-making ability. - Teamwork and coordination skills. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
