Maintenance Engineer

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Responsible for **ensuring the continuous, safe operation of heavy manufacturing equipment, such as hydraulic presses, paint lines, and assembly robots** - **Breakdown Maintenance:** Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment failures to minimize assembly line downtime. - **Preventive & Predictive Maintenance** - **Equipment Reliability:** Use methodologies like TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), root-cause analysis (Why-Why analysis), and track metrics like MTBF and MTTR to improve machine longevity. - **Spares & Inventory Management:** Monitor and maintain critical spare parts inventory - **Audits & Compliance:** Ensure full compliance with internal and external quality/safety standards **Preferred candidate profile** Must have experience of maintenance in CNC Machine shop
