**Plant Maintenance - Executive / Sr. Executive** **Location:** Bhopal **Experience Required:** 4 to 8 years **Industry Preference:** Automobile / Auto Components (sheet Metal) **Role & Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage plant maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. - Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols. - Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve equipment efficiency. **Candidate Profile:** - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. - 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance within the automobile industry. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. - Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments. - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
