**Job Summary:** The Maintenance Incharge is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the hospital, ensuring that medical and non-medical equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely. The role requires prior experience in a hospital or healthcare facility to maintain compliance with healthcare standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily maintenance activities of hospital infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, biomedical support, and civil works - Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical hospital systems such as oxygen supply, DG sets, UPS, lifts, and fire safety systems - Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules - Coordinate with biomedical team for maintenance of medical equipment - Ensure compliance with safety standards, NABH guidelines, and statutory regulations - Handle vendor management for AMC/CMC contracts and service providers - Monitor and control maintenance costs and inventory of spare parts - Supervise maintenance staff, assign duties, and ensure timely task completion - Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports of maintenance activities - Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot issues **Eligibility Criteria:** - Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering - **Minimum 3–7 years of experience in hospital maintenance (mandatory)** - Knowledge of hospital systems like medical gas pipeline, HVAC, electrical panels, etc. - Familiarity with NABH/JCI standards is preferred **Key Skills:** - Strong technical and problem-solving skills - Team handling and leadership ability - Good communication and coordination skills - Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations - Ability to handle emergency situations Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
