**Key Responsibilities** Lead and manage maintenance activities for plant machinery, equipment, and utility systems. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans to maximize equipment availability. Ensure optimum machine uptime and minimize production downtime. Plan, monitor, and control spare parts inventory to ensure availability while optimizing inventory costs. Coordinate maintenance schedules with production and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives across the plant. Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance costs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company maintenance procedures. Lead, guide, and develop maintenance technicians and team members. Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, preventive maintenance, and energy optimization. Coordinate with vendors for AMC services, equipment servicing, and procurement of spare parts. **Required Skills** Strong knowledge of industrial machine maintenance. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning. Spare parts planning and inventory management. Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Required Competencies Basic knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
