Job description

**Experience: 12 to 18 years** **Location: Thirubhuvanai, Puducherry** **Responsibilities:** - **Plant maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and safe operation.** - **Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance; analyze failures using RCA, MTBF, and MTTR.** - **Ensure uninterrupted power supply, energy efficiency, fuel control, power factor improvement, and utility cost optimization.** - **Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and contractors for maintenance and machine upgrades.** - **Drive TPM, 5S, OEE improvement, safety, and energy audits.** - **Prepare annual maintenance plans, budgets, spares planning, and cost control.** - **Support new machine installation, commissioning, expansions, modernization, and energy-saving projects.** - **Maintain statutory, calibration, maintenance records, and documentation for audits and management review.** **Desired Profile:** - **Strong in coordination** - **Problem solving skills** - **Good communication skills**
