;Job Description ;We are seeking an **Infrastructure Lead (Assistant Manager L5)** to support and implement solutions within a **hybrid cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365)** . ;This role focuses on **execution, operations support, and solution implementation** , with some exposure to design under guidance from senior architects. The candidate will work on maintaining cloud platforms, supporting enterprise services, and ensuring stable, secure infrastructure operations. ;The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with **multi-cloud environments** , infrastructure support, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to handle escalations and contribute to continuous improvements. ;This role will be able to demonstrate knowledge with the implementation and/or support of hybrid environments.;Cloud experience within infrastructure platforms is required. This candidate will exhibit a consultative communication style to clients on cloud solutions. The candidate must be willing to grow technology and infrastructure fundamentals with self-paced and formal training, provided by BDO Digital as needed. ; **Job Duties** ;Responsible for architecture within hybrid cloud to be able to design, present, troubleshoot and implement infrastructure solutions including some or all the following: - ;Identify client business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans. - ;Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services solutions to promote innovative technologies to solve business problems. - ;Deep understanding of identity not limited to Entra ID, on-premises AD and integration of these directories. - ;Virtualization with Hyper-V and/or VMware - ;Disaster recovery and high availability - ;Datacenter, server and storage hardware or converged infrastructure experience - ;VLAN VNet and VPC Networking, load balancer, application gateway, and firewalls configuration - ;Domain and tenant migration techniques including on-premises to IaaS and PaaS - ;Business acumen to develop and present client roadmaps, health checks, and assessments. - ;Triages and resolves escalations from within the infrastructure team within defined customer SLAs. - ;Serves as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects, overseeing the work of others and being accountable for the outcome of client projects. - ;Ability to coach junior peers or lead a project team. - ;Other duties as required. - ;Shift Timings: 7:00pmIST-3:30amIST;(can be rotational based on business requirements) ; **Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** ; **Education:;** - ;Bachelor s degree, preferably in Computer Science /Information Technology. ; **Experience:** - ;4 7 years of experience in infrastructure and cloud support - ;3+ years hands-on experience in **AWS or Azure** - ;Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments preferred - ;Exposure to enterprise IT operations or managed services environment - ;Experience working in a consulting s offshore and onshore environment, preferred. ; **Technical Skills** ; **Cloud Platforms:** - ;AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, basic Lambda, Route 53) - ;Azure (VMs, VNets, AVD, Azure SQL basics) ; **Infrastructure:** - ;Windows Server administration - ;Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) ; **Networking:** - ;Basic understanding of VPC, VNet, VLANs - ;Load balancers and firewall concepts ; **Identity:** - ;Active Directory Entra ID fundamentals ; **Collaboration Tools:** - ;Microsoft 365 administration ; **Nice to Have:** - ;Exposure to Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation - ;Basic scripting (PowerShell, CLI) ; **Certifications (Preferred)** - ;AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional (SAA-C03 / SAP-C02), preferred. - ;Azure Administrator Associate / Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-104 / AZ-305), preferred. ; **Other Knowledge, Skills Abilities:** - ;Knowledge of EM+S for security, governance and centralized authentication is;preferred. - ;Strong verbal and written communication skills. - ;Ability to troubleshoot Tier 2 and 3 escalation issues, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues. - ;Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills. - ;Strong project planning, scoping and management skills. - ;Strong business process analysis design and process flow skills. - ;Client facing consulting experience. - ;Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details. - ;Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment - ;Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner - ;Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment. - ;Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. ; **Keywords:;** ;Enterprise Mobility + Security, EMS, Microsoft System Engineer, Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Virtualization, Hyper-V, VMware, Integration, Cloud, Security, Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Citrix, Virtual Desktop Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
