Job description

- Supervise /manage account opening operations for Savings, Current, and term deposit accounts. - Review and validate account opening documents and handle exceptions/rejections. - Standardize account opening procedures across branches/regions. - Review and validate account opening documents and handle exceptions/rejections - Monitor and improve TAT, customer experience, and first-time-right documentation. - Review and validate documentation, customer due diligence (CDD), and risk categorization. - Identify process gaps and implement controls to mitigate operational and fraud risks. - Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, PMLA regulations, and internal compliance policies. - Lead, train, and monitor team performance across branches/processing units. - Drive automation initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - Prepare and track MIS on account opening volumes, TAT, rejection rates, and compliance gaps - Liaise with third-party vendors (VKYC providers, KYC agencies, verification vendors).
