We at BDO, engage in transforming data into insights, our professionals guide clients through a crisis, fraud, regulatory investigations, etc. and advise them on strategies to prevent and mitigate the disruption arising from these complex matters. **Core Forensic Audit Roles & Responsibilities:** • Managing/leading multiple engagements simultaneously. • Ensuring proper execution and review as per work plan and adherence to assignment mandates/deadlines. • Analysing and synthesising information from several sources and draw coherent, well-evidenced conclusions. • Ensuring exceptional quality in client deliverables and ability to articulately present reports / findings to relevant stakeholders. • Liaising with clients and build on existing client relationships. • Participating in practice administration and business development initiatives. • Managing diverse team within a highly inclusive team culture where people are respected and valued for their contribution. • Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members. • Ensuring compliance to the firm's risk management policies and procedures. • Conduct/supervise desktop-based research using a variety of online sources across different jurisdictions/countries. Candidate should be versed with sources such as commercial registries, corporate databases, legal databases and media sources of multiple jurisdictions. • Conducting research in English as well as in local languages (using Translator tools) of respective jurisdictions/countries using a variety of online sources such as commercial registries, stock exchanges, corporate databases. • Responsible for reviewing and drafting high quality reports within stringent timelines • Forensic/Investigative research experience of min 5 years with thorough knowledge of Indian as well as global research sources • Experience of reviewing and conducting Market Intelligence assignments • Experience of reviewing and conducting Integrity Due Diligence assignments • Experienced in conducting key word based open source research using applicable operators on different platforms such as Google/Bing/Factiva/EMIS/Nexis etc. • Experienced in providing support and in guiding juniors/peers on research and report writing • Excellent language (English) skills (written and spoken) • Attention to detail, excellent research, analytical and report writing skills
