**Job Purpose** The responsibility of this role is to analyse the assessment process that identifies the potential for any adverse events that may negatively affect the organization and the environment. The need to analyse and seek to identify and measure and mitigate various risk exposures facing the business. To understand the data needs and provide insights. To develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transferred in to business insights. To use the insights for decisions making and strategic planning across high levels of the business. **Job Context & Major Challenges** **Job Context** To gather and analyze data to develop and investigate potential solutions including improvements to system and process. A need to assess how the organization is performing and help in improving the process and the system. To quantify the potential negative effects of risk related activities. Maintain an understanding of business goals and operations. **Other Major Challenges** The role involves the probalistic measure as it cannot be understood for sure how much is the risk exposure. Conversion of data into meaningful information and understanding the risk involved to assess the same. Working within the strict infosec guidelines, rules and laws that govern the financial services sector. **Key Result Areas** **KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)** **Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)** KRA1 Execution of functional projects To execute the cross functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover and uncover optimization opportunities. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies that minimize risk across the organization and align with regulatory requirements KRA2 Building and developing Data Models Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metric support that support key business decisions. KRA3 Detailed Reports Creating detail reports and presenting the same, partner with stakeholders across business units. Oversee the data /report request process tracking the request submitted , prioritization of approvals.
