Manager (Area Head) - Sales & Marketing

Job description

Job Purpose- The role holder will be responsible for operating & managing the Max@Home business at the Spoke location (Delhi NCR) - which will include request management, clinician engagement, lead management, smooth delivery of all services, billing, front-end staff management, logistics coordination and complaint escalation. Key Responsibilities- - To ensure end to end delivery of services at allocated Spoke location - Regularly engage with clinicians & specialty team to generate new leads - Liaison with Spoke operations staff, nursing TL’s, physio TL’s & other care givers to brief the team on specific requirements for each patient - Overall coordination within hospitals for managing pharmacy & pathology services (Medication dispatch, sample testing acknowledgment etc) - Ensure efficient allocation of transportation and tracking of front end delivery staff (GDA/ Nurse / Physiotherapist) deployed for all patients - To provide support to all HOD’s and service delivery head for all selection, training, staff duty change arrangement and intimation. - Ensure smooth billing, collection & reconciliation of payments for all services - Proactively update patient and clinician team on progress & outcome of treatment activities to achieve high customer satisfaction levels & smooth customer service. - Support Service Delivery Head in creating & improving processes & protocols, training need identification for staff & control attrition - Support Business managers - Max@Home to drive revenue & cost initiatives - Identify scope of improvements at all customer touch points. - Prepare all MIS/ Analysis related to Spoke operations, employees & customers - Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
