**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced professional to join our **Investment Risk Monitoring** team in India. In this role, you will lead operations management, conduct risk assessments, monitor project progress, and manage client deliverables across real estate, commercial, residential, and industrial developments. **Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work** - Oversee investment risk monitoring, construction tracking, asset management, and technical due diligence for real estate developments. - Leverage in-depth knowledge of local municipal/statutory approvals, timelines, and cost structures for residential, commercial, industrial, and township projects in Chennai. - Review detailed construction drawings including Civil, MEP, and Finishing works. - Prepare, review, and track master construction schedules using MS Project or Primavera. - Review construction budgets, contractor bills, material reconciliation reports, procurement processes, and rate analysis for Civil, MEP, and finishing activities. - Validate execution quality, assess site progress against timelines, and conduct material rate benchmarking. - Draft concise analytical reports, monitoring dashboards, and executive summaries for institutional clients and investors.
