Job Description Job Objective/Purpose: Responsible for DC engineering, including PV module layout, string design, DC cabling, and optimization to ensure maximum energy yield, safety, and cost efficiency. Job Responsibility: - DC System Design & Optimization & Optimize designs for maximum energy yield and minimal losses. - Perform shading analysis, tilt/orientation optimization, and land utilization planning - Conduct DC design calculations like voltage window and string sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop, and losses etc. - Define DC design guidelines, best practices, and technical specifications - Review and approve drawings such as layouts, SLDs, and cable routing plans - Evaluate PV modules, DC cables, connectors, and combiner boxes Qualification & Certification Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform: - Strong expertise in solar PV DC system design - Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst - Knowledge of earthing, lightning protection, and safety systems - In-depth understanding of DC system losses and optimization techniques Job Snapshot Updated Date 05-08-2026 Job ID AvaadaJob1788 Department Electrical Engineering Location Noida 62 B, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Experience 8 - 10 Years Employee Type Permanent
