Job Description As a Senior Associate in Personal Property Valuation, you will be a key member of our valuation team, responsible for delivering high-quality valuation services for a diverse portfolio of personal property assets (machinery and equipment) for mergers and acquisitions, PPA, impairment analysis and tax planning purposes. You will work closely with clients, manage valuation projects, and provide expert advice on personal property valuation matters, while taking direction and receiving guidance from experienced staff and management members. Job Duties - **Conduct valuations** : Perform detailed valuations of personal property assets (machinery and equipment). Utilize various valuation methods and techniques to determine accurate market values. - **Research and Analysis** : Conduct thorough research on market trends, comparable sales, and other relevant data to support valuation conclusions. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging valuation practices. - **Project management** : Oversee valuation projects from inception to completion, including scoping, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - **Report Preparation** : Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that are clear, concise, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. Ensure reports meet high-quality standards and effectively communicate valuation conclusions to clients. **Supervisory Responsibilities:** - Review and assess valuation work performed by team members to ensure accuracy and consistency. Implement best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of valuation processes. - Mentor and train junior associates and support staff in valuation techniques, methodologies, and client management. Provide guidance and feedback to foster their professional development. - Evaluates the performance of junior professionals and assists in the development of goals and objectives to enhance professional development Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities **Education:** - B.Tech/B.E./Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other relevant field - M.
