**Role & responsibilities** 1) Business Strategy & Planning Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging market & trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, present monthly data to management 2) New Product Identification Screen global product pipelines, work with cross functional teams IP, R&D, Finance & Operations for new products implementation, build business case including detailed NPV and ROI 3) CDMO – Identify opportunities, pitch presentations, negotiate commercial proposals 4) API Business Development – Handling specific regions **Education background:** Masters in Organic Chemistry, MBA or PhD
