Job Title: Financial Analyst CA Qualified Industry: Garment Manufacturing & Export Location: Bengaluru Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: CFO / Finance Head Job Summary Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong financial analysis and manufacturing finance experience to support strategic decision-making in a garment manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for budgeting, cost analysis, profitability tracking, MIS reporting, inventory analysis, and financial planning for factory operations and export business. Key Responsibilities • Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis. • Analyze garment production cost, fabric consumption, wastage, CM costing, and profitability. • Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Conduct cost optimization analysis across manufacturing operations. • Track working capital, cash flow, inventory, and receivables. • Support export finance activities including LC, packing credit, forex transactions, and duty drawback. • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations. • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions. • Prepare dashboards and KPI reports for management review. • Perform plant-level financial analysis and productivity reporting. • Assist in ERP implementation and automation of finance processes. • Support annual audit, internal controls, and risk management activities. • Work closely with production, merchandising, sourcing, and operations teams. Required Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory • 38 years of experience in manufacturing or garment/textile industry preferred • Strong knowledge of: • Costing & Budgeting • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) • Export Finance • Inventory & Working Capital Management • GST & Taxation • Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills • Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics Preferred Skills • Analytical and problem-solving ability • Strong communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail and commercial understanding • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in: • Garment Manufacturing • Apparel Export Houses • Textile Manufacturing • Fashion Supply Chain Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
