**Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Planning and Analysis:** * Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives. * Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. * Generate business insights and reports to support strategic decision-making. * **Performance Management:** * Track business performance metrics, KPIs, and conduct variance analysis. * Prepare and present business reviews, dashboards, and MIS reports to senior leadership. * Identify areas for improvement and recommend action plans to optimize business performance. * **Cross-functional Coordination:** * Lead the coordination of strategic projects across various functions (e.g., marketing, sales, operations). * Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure alignment with business goals. * Act as a key liaison between different departments to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives. * **Governance and Reporting:** * Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure effective compliance and risk management. * Develop and implement reporting standards that provide clear, actionable insights for senior management. * Regularly review and assess organizational processes to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. * **Business Development and Innovation:** * Identify and assess new business opportunities and growth initiatives. * Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments. * Collaborate with innovation teams to drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
