**Key Skills:** Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, PMO, RPA, Process Mining, Digital Transformation, Analytics **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives across business functions. - Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk management activities. - Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies. - Support RPA, process mining, and digital transformation initiatives. - Track project benefits, KPIs, SLAs, and productivity improvements. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and change adoption. **Experience Required:** - 5-10 years of experience in Process Excellence, PMO, Shared Services, or Transformation. - Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. - Experience with RPA, Process Mining, and Digital Transformation projects. - Hands-on experience in analytics, dashboards, and benefits tracking. - Exposure to AI and automation initiatives is an added advantage. **Education:** Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation.
