**Experience:** 6+ Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in Python, Web Development, and VBA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable applications, automating business processes, and delivering high-quality technical solutions aligned with business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using **Python and web technologies** . - Build and enhance **web-based applications** with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. - Develop and maintain **VBA macros and automation solutions** to streamline business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and systems. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 6+ years of hands-on experience in **Python development** . - **Strong experience in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and lightweight frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI, or similar. Also, experience in developing responsive web applications and REST APIs with modern frontend/backend technologies.** - Proficiency in **VBA (Excel Macros, Automation, Scripting)** . - Experience working with **databases** (SQL/NoSQL). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Key Competencies:** - Strong analytical thinking - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in teams - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
