**Objectives:** Support as the Total Rewards advisor by providing expertise on compensation and benefits, enabling HR and business teams to drive consistent, performance-linked, and compliant rewards decisions. Providing data-driven recommendations to support fair, compliant, and business-relevant reward decisions. Demonstrate strong business acumen to proactively identify reward policy needs and recommend new policies through detailed data analysis and organizational insights, while ensuring alignment with policies. **Major Deliverables** **1. Strategic Activities:** • Support the delivery and execution of the Total Rewards strategy by ensuring compensation and benefits plans remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives. • Design and recommend market-aligned compensation and benefits structures for all employee groups, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements • Partner with different COEs to align reward programs with performance outcomes and drive a culture of meritocracy **2. Total Rewards:** • Implement rewards and recognition plans within the organization; support the development and rollout of programs where necessary • Implement best-in-class rewards strategy for all employee base • Coordinate with vendors / consultants to facilitate and promote contract renewal and performance management of vendors • Support in the design and implement all policies pertaining to rewards • Help in conducting periodic market / competitor benchmarking exercises to ensure pay structures and rewards remain competitive; liaise with external consultants, as and when required • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices and periodic audits to assess relevance and compliance of reward practices • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all rewards related matters for the Head- Total Rewards & Performance. **3. HRIS & Data Management:** • Maintain and update benefits-related data in the HRIS system (including medical insurance, PF, gratuity, and leave policies). • Work with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure proper configuration and updates of C&B modules. **4. Compliance & Audit Readiness:** • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements related to compensation and employee benefits (e.g., EPFO, ESI, labour welfare fund). • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits related to C&B functions. • Keep updated with legal changes and proactively recommend policy changes. **5. Analytics & Reporting:** • Generate regular MIS reports related to compensation and benefits. • Analyse trends and benchmark data to support C&B planning and budgeting. **Essential Attributes** Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Excel, and data reporting tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and employee benefit programs. **Desirable Attributes** 1. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Qualifications** MBA in HR or related discipline from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.) **Desired Experience Level** Experience: 4+ years post-MBA in compensation & benefits, preferably in a large or fast-paced organization.
