Manager - Contracts (RESS & Water)

Job description

**Role Summary:** Responsible for contract administration, claims and variation management, subcontract management, and commercial coordination for **Railway Electrification , Water and EPC Infrastructure Projects**. The role ensures contractual compliance, commercial risk mitigation, and effective management of project contracts throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage      client and subcontractor contracts for Railway Electrification, Water and EPC      projects. - Review      contractual terms, obligations, and commercial conditions. - Handle      claims, change orders, variations, EOTs, and contractual correspondence. - Coordinate      with project, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams. - Support      contract negotiations and subcontract finalization. - Identify      and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. - Monitor      project contractual performance and ensure compliance. - Maintain      contract documentation and support dispute resolution when required.
