**About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Manager Cycle Count & Inventory Accuracy to lead and drive inventory accuracy across warehouse operations through effective planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting, and continuous improvement of cycle counting activities. The role ensures robust inventory control, compliance with company standards and audit requirements, while partnering with Warehouse Operations, Production, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to minimize inventory variances. **Key Responsibilities** Cycle Count Planning & Inventory Strategy - Develop and implement annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily cycle count plans based on inventory classification, annual results, inventory risk assessment, and accuracy performance - Coordinate manpower, counting resources, system requirements, and tools for cycle counting and year-end physical inventories - Support and coordinate annual physical inventory activities and inventory freeze processes - Review inventory accuracy trends and establish targeted count programs for critical, high-value, fast-moving, and shortage-prone materials - Ensure compliance with inventory counting procedures, governance standards, and financial control requirements Inventory Analysis & Root Cause Management - Lead end-to-end root cause investigations for inventory discrepancies, shortages, and recurring stock variances - Perform recount validation and detailed transaction analysis for abnormal inventory differences - Analyze and identify process gaps and coordinate implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) - Leverage automation tools, dashboards, and RPA-based analytics to proactively identify inventory risks and anomalies Reporting & Inventory Governance - Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory accuracy reports - Generate IM, WM, and warehouse area-wise performance dashboards - Track and report inventory KPIs, variances, aging discrepancies, and count performance - Monitor open transfer orders (TO), pending transactions, and W2W exceptions impacting inventory accuracy - Present inventory performance and corrective action status during management reviews - Support year-end financial inventory audits and physical verification activities - Conduct periodic process audits to ensure adherence to cycle count standards - Drive closure of audit observations and non-conformities within agreed timelines Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership - Train, coach, and develop cycle count coordinators and warehouse teams on inventory management best practices - Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within inventory management processes - Drive employee engagement and capability building within the cycle count team - Partner with Warehouse Operations, Production, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve inventory variances **Mandatory Requirements** - Hands-on experience in cycle count planning and execution mandatory - SAP WM / SAP IM experience mandatory - Experience in root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies — mandatory - Automobile or manufacturing industry background — preferred **Knowledge & Skills Required** - Cycle Count Planning and Execution - SAP WM and SAP IM modules - Inventory Management and Stock Reconciliation - Root Cause Analysis and CAPA - W2W (Wall to Wall) inventory process - Transfer Order (TO) management - RPA and automation tools for inventory analytics - KPI dashboards and inventory reporting - IATF and audit compliance - Team leadership and people development - MS Office — Advanced Excel and PowerPoint **Other Abilities** - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination - Strong ownership and accountability - Continuous improvement and process optimization focus - Good communication and presentation skills for management reviews
