This role requires strong analytical capability, program management expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills. **Key Responsibilities** **1. DEIB Gap Identification** - Analyze internal workforce data to identify representation, equity, inclusion, and engagement gaps. - Benchmark against industry best practices and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify emerging trends. - Leverage psychological, sociological, and behavioral research to address systemic barriers and design evidence-based interventions. **2. Program Development & Delivery** - Design and implement scalable DEI programs aligned to identified gaps and business priorities. - Develop actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs to drive representation, engagement, and belonging. - Oversee end-to-end program execution, monitor progress, and ensure measurable impact. - Proactively address challenges and ensure alignment with defined objectives. **3. Stakeholder Collaboration** - Act as a trusted DEI advisor to business leaders and internal stakeholders. - Integrate DEI goals into core business and HR processes. - Build partnerships with NGOs, advocacy groups, academic institutions, and external ecosystem partners to strengthen initiatives. **4. Capability Building** - Design and deliver training programs on inclusion, unconscious bias, allyship, and cohort sensitization. - Collaborate with external organizations (social impact bodies, NGOs, skill councils, thought leaders) to drive impactful initiatives. **5. Thought Leadership** - Represent the organization at external forums, conferences, and panel discussions. - Support employer branding efforts and award submissions to highlight organizational DEI impact.
