Job requisition ID :: 107303 Date: Jun 25, 2026 Location: Delhi Designation: Manager Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP JD for **Senior Machine Learning Engineer** **Educational Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering fields, or data-intensive disciplines such as Applied Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or Statistics. **Requirements:** - Professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production systems. Includes developing optimization algorithms or machine learning or deep learning models in production settings for 5+ projects. - Experience managing teams of 3 or more junior data scientists/engineers, including project planning and delivery. - Professional experience in using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras for building and optimizing machine learning pipelines. - Proficiency in data wrangling and preparation using Python-based libraries (e.g., Pandas, Dask). - Demonstrable experience in end-to-end system design: - Data analysis, feature engineering, technique selection and implementation, model debugging, and system maintenance in production environments. - Solid experience in solving analytical problems using algorithmic and statistical methods, emphasizing data-driven decision-making. - Understanding of bias in AI/ML systems, including methods to detect, mitigate, and monitor biases in production models. - Exposure to vendor management in large-scale IT/data projects. - Proven track record of engaging with leadership, including CXO-level stakeholders, to communicate results and insights. **Good to Have:** - Professional experience in the development sector or government projects, with a focus on social good problem statements. - Experience in working on policy-oriented or technology-focused projects in collaboration with government or non-profit organizations. - Familiarity with large-scale IT systems or platforms in public or private sectors.
