**Job Purpose** Seeking a business-oriented person having analytical skills to convert real life problems into an analytical problem that can be solved for using dataCulture Anchor:Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targetsExecute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effortOwn It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organizations policiesAct with Integrity **Duties and Responsibilities** Hands on experience in SQL developer-In depth knowledge in MS Office applications, expertise in Excel PowerPoint-Hands on experience in Power-BI-Affirmative in nature, Strong interpersonal Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance **Required Qualifications and Experience** a)QualificationsGraduate and preferably masters in Statistics/ Computersb)Work Experience- Responsible for managing the NPL portfolio from a Business Intelligence standpoint - Will be responsible for complete end to end Performance tracking and portfolio reporting - End to end responsibility of building new dashboards - Enhancement and updation of existing dashboards - Implementing Power BI/ Table to generate MIS - Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions and supporting the collection team to achieve targets - Scan environment and be up to date on emerging trends globally on collection analytics and build use cases - Analyze current environment collection trends and provide improvement solutions - Collaborate with collection team to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements - Effective communication with stakeholders teams, Business partners, IT partners and Senior Management - Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to deliver on the operational goals for the function and the team - Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy - Attention to details and good organizational skills - Lateral thinking ability
