Job requisition ID :: 108544 Date: Jul 9, 2026 Location: Bengaluru Designation: Manager Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP - Own and grow strategic client relationships across manufacturing, operations transformation, and digital manufacturing portfolios, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams. - Lead business development initiatives including opportunity identification, client conversations, proposal shaping, commercial discussions, and development of differentiated value propositions. - Drive executive-level client interactions, steering committee discussions, leadership reviews, and governance forums to align transformation outcomes with client priorities and measurable business value. - Provide strategic oversight across multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong risk management, stakeholder alignment, and realization of operational and financial benefits. - Guide teams on solution direction, operating model design, digital manufacturing roadmaps, and Industry 4.0 transformation themes while delegating detailed analysis and hands-on execution to project teams. - Shape and review client deliverables, board-level presentations, transformation business cases, and roadmap recommendations to ensure clarity, executive relevance, and strategic impact. - Mentor and develop consulting teams, providing coaching on client management, problem structuring, proposal development, delivery excellence, and executive communication. - Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, sector point-of-views, alliance collaboration, capability building, and development of reusable assets for manufacturing and operations transformation offerings.
