| | | --- | | **Key Objective of the Job:** The key objective of the Territory Collections Manager role is to lead and manage the collection efforts within a specific territory. Responsibilities include optimizing collection processes, achieving collection targets, training and supervising collection agents, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Top of Form Bottom of Form | | **Key Deliverables:** **Collection Activity** - Achieve assigned collection target through CREs assigned to them - Achieve assigned target on KPA parameters **Customer Relationship** - Maintain constant touch with specific customer groups who are difficult to reach through CREs - Visit and meet customers **Managing Team** - Manage the team of LREs/CREs/AMRs - Should align individual work and performance with the broader team to achieve mutual outcomes - Makes sure self and team adheres to the team's expectations and guidelines, fulfils teams responsibilities and should demonstrate personal commitment to the team. **Document Management** - Ensure all collection documents are submitted correctly and on time **Audit Compliance** - Ensure strict audit compliance as per company norms for self and team **Managing Branch** - Ensure smooth functioning of branch collection without any issues - Manage the repossession activity of the branch **Vendor Management** - Managing Vendors (Collection agency & Repo agency) | | **Education Qualification:** Graduate | | **Specialized job competencies:** | | **Functional Competencies** - Communication - Negotiation Skill - Market/Industry Knowledge - Knowledge of Collection (Policy, Procedures & Scheme) - Computer and analytical skills | **Behavioral Competencies** - Execution Excellence - Customer Centricity - People Leadership. | | **Hiring Parameters:** - Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in handling commercial vehicle preferably in Bank in/NBFC industry - Legal Knowledge would be an added advantage - Should have computer knowledge (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word) |
