Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic components, devices, and systems for a range of applications. As an Electronics Hardware Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality electronic hardware solutions. Position Title: Manager / Senior Manager Embedded Systems (Hardware Design) Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication or related field. Experience: 4 - 12 years Key Responsibility: • Design and develop electronic circuits, components, and systems to meet product requirements and specifications. • Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping for electronic hardware designs. • Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware to ensure performance and reliability. • Collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams to integrate electronic hardware into overall product designs. • Evaluate and select electronic components and materials for use in product designs. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in electronic hardware designs. Required Skills: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication or related field. • Proven experience in electronic hardware design, development, and testing. • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Cadence, PCB viewer). • Strong understanding of Analog and Digital circuit design principles. • Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, power electronics (Power Supply or SMPS), and wireless communication technologies. • Experience with design for manufacturability and design for testability principles. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Good to Have: • Experience with embedded systems design and hardware development with experience of 3-4 years in High-speed design or mixed signal processing. • Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity (SI) considerations in electronic hardware design. • Familiarity with simulation and modelling tools for electronic circuits (e.g., SPICE, Simulink).
