**Role & responsibilities** : The Manager-Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) role is responsible for overseeing and managing the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting. The role requires 10-12 years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities and working closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support. **Preferred candidate profile** - Oversee and manage the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting. - Work closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support. - Manage the Portfolio Composition File (PCF) process, which defines the exact basket of securities and cash to be exchanged for ETF units. - Facilitate the creation and redemption of ETF shares for Authorized Participants (APs) by validating and processing orders, and ensuring the delivery and receipt of securities. - Perform basket validation before settlement to ensure accurate execution of trades. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ETF operations. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ETF operations. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - 10-12 years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities. - Strong understanding of capital markets and asset management domain. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of IT systems and financial software applications. - Experience in leading and managing teams **Interested candidates share CV on abolis1@hexaware.com**
