**Company:** Arvind Limited **Location:** Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh **Department:** Finance & Accounts **Experience:** 5-10 Years Role Summary We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to partner with the Business Head/CEO in driving business performance, financial planning, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and financial governance for the business unit while acting as a key interface between business and finance teams. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Performance Management - Lead annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-term financial planning. - Monitor business performance through variance analysis and management reporting. - Develop and track key business and financial KPIs. Business Partnering - Provide strategic financial insights to the Business Head and leadership team. - Support decision-making on investments, new initiatives, CAPEX, pricing, and growth opportunities. - Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to drive business outcomes. Profitability & Cost Management - Drive margin improvement and cost optimization initiatives. - Analyze product, channel, and customer profitability to identify growth opportunities. - Ensure financial discipline across the value chain. Reporting & Governance - Deliver timely MIS, performance reviews, and business dashboards. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements. - Present financial insights to senior management and corporate finance teams. Team Leadership - Lead and mentor the finance team. - Foster a culture of accountability, analytics, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute. - 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance roles. - Experience in manufacturing, textiles, apparel, retail, or consumer businesses preferred. - Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, profitability analysis, and business partnering. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel/BI tools.
