**Role & responsibilities:** - Manage treasury operations including cash flow planning, liquidity management, fund utilization, banking activities, and working capital requirements. - Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, borrowing schedules, interest costs, and ensure effective cash management across business units. - Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking facilities, compliance requirements, and treasury-related transactions. - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations including salary processing, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and employee benefit accounting. - Ensure payroll statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax, labour regulations, and timely filings. - Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and compliance reviews with auditors and ensure timely closure of observations. - Support end-to-end GST compliance, including input tax credit management, vendor GST compliance tracking, GST reconciliations, coordination with tax consultants, and handling GST assessments, notices, and audits. - Strengthen internal financial controls and governance processes through periodic process reviews and risk assessment. - Support financial reporting and month-end/year-end closure activities related to treasury, payroll, and audit functions. - Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements for finance operations across locations. - Collaborate with plant finance teams, HR, auditors, banks, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance. **Preferred candidate profile:** - CA / CMA qualification with 510 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of treasury operations, payroll accounting, and audit processes. - Experience in manufacturing industry preferred, especially auto components. - Exposure to SAP systems and finance automation. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across locations.
