**Role Summary** We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with a strong management consulting or global enterprise operations background to help establish and run our Central Project Management Office (PMO). Serving as a core member of the transformation team, you will oversee a massive migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and partner on tax and revenue programs. You are a delivery lead who brings deep technical credibility alongside sharp governance skills. This role requires high-touch, real-time collaboration with global stakeholders, acting as a strategic peer to our Systems Integration (SI) partner, Fintech, Tax, and Revenue teams while protecting our timelines, scope, and data integrity. **What You Will Do** - Establish & Optimize Central PMO: Audit the current PMO infrastructure, identify operational gaps, and run a rigorous delivery framework including RACI matrices, RAID logs, SLAs/KPIs, and quality stage-gates. - Tax & Revenue Transformation: Lead end-to-end, cross-functional finance transformation initiatives, integrating standardized processes and technology solutions to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency across Tax and Revenue flows. - Strategic Partnering: Partner with Tax and Revenue teams to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance compliance, optimize revenue flows, and support evolving regulatory requirements. - Cross-Functional Orchestration: Drive alignment and manage progress across primary global workstreams: Fintech, Record-to-Report (RTR), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Tax. - Partner & Challenge SI Partner: Act as a direct team peer to our Systems Integration (SI) partner. Lead daily syncs, monitor deliverables, and actively challenge timelines, risks, or scope boundaries to keep the program on track. - Global Stakeholder Management: Seamlessly bridge communication between offshore delivery teams and US-based workstream leads, maintaining high responsiveness during overlapping US business hours to ensure rapid decision-making. - Program Health & Reporting: Synthesize workstream data, track program health metrics, and prepare execution materials for Finance leadership and Steering Committee meetings. - Technical & Process Oversight: Leverage an understanding of Oracle applications to manage upstream/downstream technical dependencies, ensuring that process improvements and data migrations do not compromise accounting controls. **Basic Qualifications** - 12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical program management or PMO functions, ideally within a Tier-1 consulting firm or high-growth global enterprise. - Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without authority, navigate cross-departmental resistance, and obtain alignment on competing priorities. - Hands-on delivery leadership in at least one global Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. - Proven track record of working successfully in a high-touch model requiring real-time alignment and responsiveness during US business hours. - Proven experience managing governance and deliverables in a multi-vendor environment. **Preferred Qualifications** - Deep Process & Domain Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of core finance cycles including RTR, S2P (Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash), and Tax architectures. - Technical Roots: A background that includes technical experience with Oracle Applications, PL/SQL, or Oracle Workflow, allowing you to deeply understand data impacts and effectively challenge engineering, Fintech, and Tax teams. - Infrastructure Builder: Demonstrated ability to step into an inflight program, evaluate existing PMO structures, and quickly optimize them for speed and accountability. - Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management credentials. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; the confidence to push back on external integrators and internal business teams when milestones are at risk. AI Fluency: Experience leveraging AI to accelerate program delivery and to automate processes. **Ready to Ride?** This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves - we'd love to hear from you.
