**POSITION DESCRIPTION** **Role/Position Title** Manager **Department/Function** Finance **Country** India **Location** Head Office, Mumbai **Reporting Manager** Deputy General Manager (North America) **POSITION SUMMARY** This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis of management information for the US Generics Business. This would include assisting in preparation of monthly MIS reporting, Budgeting, Gross margin and EBITDA analysis, Long range plans, Profit share for IL products and Quarterly forecasting. Detailed analysis of business metrics. **OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **MIS Docket North America (Actuals & FCST)** - MIS: To prepare, analyse & review US Generics MIS to ensure accuracy & correctness of data. To provide detailed MIS analysis in terms of product/customer wise sales & margins, expenses etc. to management which can enable decision making. Preparation of monthly Sales flash, MIS docket and presentation on monthly basis and segmental financials on quarterly basis. **Budgeting / AOP** - To assist in Sales & Revenue Budget for US Generics business - To analyse budgeted costs & Gross Margin (GC), and analyse the variance in GC across products, prepare the P&L and Cash Flow along with PPT for review. **Quarterly Forecast** - To assist in Sales & Revenue forecast for US Generics - To analyse budgeted costs & GC, and analyse the variance in GC across products, prepare the P&L and Cash Flow. **Analysis of business results, GC analysis** - Highlighting the GC movements and analysing the reasons for the same vs. Budget, Fcst, LY (FTM, QTD and YTD) Providing support to business in analysis of price erosions, Actual and budgeted cost analysis - Recommendation on price increase or cost reduction for business rationalization wherever the margins become negative. - Review of Sales, EBIDTA & Cashflow with explanation for variances for US Generics business advising on corrective action for any major deviations **4. KEY INTERFACES /INTERACTIONS** Vendors, SAP & BPC consultant Corporate Finance, Operations Finance, Business Finance & Contracts team **Education** (degree/diploma) Must be a Graduate and a Chartered Accountant **Experience** 4+ years of relevant work experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in financial planning & analysis **Knowledge and Skills** (Functional/Technical) Must have SAP knowledge and excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel & Power point. Good analytical skills, assertive profile with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach to learn and grow.
