**Role Responsibilities :** - Ensure monthly closings as per IndAS producing full set of standalone and consolidated financials within stringent timelines - Lead the Statutory Accounts closure and audits for all 5 legal entities ensuring clean audit reports - Drive Internal Audits identifying critical control areas and ensuring timely mitigations - Ensure high level of discipline within finance team through periodic account reconciliations and balance sheet and trial balance reviews. - Drive Working Capital efficiencies by working closely with the Finance / Business Teams - Drive weekly cash planning supporting business need while optimizing idle bank balances - Work closely with the ERP team delivering required ERP / Other IT related developments - Manage Corporate Accounting around Capex, Investments and Borrowings - Support the filing of Corporate / Income tax returns of all entities - Accounting for merger and other such transactions - Support the due diligence process **Desired Skills and Competencies :** - Technical Skills: Sound Knowledge of IGAAP / IND-AS - Worked in ERP environment with some exposure to ERP rollouts - Good appreciation of Information - Generation and Use **Associated Behaviors :** - Ability to Multi-Task, balance between priorities and deliver to tight timelines - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - Proactive, self-starter with ability to challenge status quo - Ability to lead team and blend with wider organization - Long working hours, no getting around that. - A learning curve that will rival rocket launches Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
