**Job Description** This role is part of **Digital Transformation & Operational Governance (DTOG)** team within the **Legal Entity and International Controllership Organization** and serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving Digital Transformation and Generative AI agenda across the CLT organization. This position requires a highly collaborative and visionary leader with deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and a passion for innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture teams to drive sustainable operational excellence, establish governance standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role demands intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to solve complex business challenges through technology-enabled solutions while providing leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to the broader team. The incumbent will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide transformation strategy, leveraging automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to modernize finance operations and deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include identifying transformation opportunities, designing scalable technology solutions, and overseeing end-to-end program execution from ideation through deployment and value realization. **Critical Factors for Success** - Demonstrated leadership experience in enterprise digital transformation, intelligent automation, operational optimization, and Generative AI implementations, delivering significant business impact. - Strong strategic mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to translate complex business challenges into practical and scalable solutions. - Proven experience in designing and governing enterprise technology architectures that align with business objectives, security standards, and organizational governance frameworks. - Deep expertise in deploying Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions, ensuring scalability, compliance, security, and responsible AI adoption. - Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with a proven ability to build strong partnerships across multiple business functions and levels of leadership. - Extensive experience leading complex programs and managing multiple concurrent initiatives, including oversight of priorities, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes. - Strong technical leadership with expertise across automation, analytics, cloud platforms, and enterprise technologies, coupled with a passion for coaching and developing talent. - Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging technologies, define technology roadmaps, and recommend innovative solutions that support long-term business strategy. - Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven capability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and high-performance execution within global teams. **Responsibilities** - Define, develop, and execute the Digital Transformation and Generative AI roadmap aligned to organizational priorities and strategic objectives. - Lead large-scale transformation initiatives that deliver process simplification, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and enhanced business insights. - Design innovative, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions to address complex finance and controllership processes. - Drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics capabilities while ensuring compliance with Responsible AI principles and governance requirements. - Manage executive stakeholder relationships, transformation governance forums, project risks, interdependencies, and strategic communications. - Establish technology standards, reusable frameworks, and solution architecture best practices to enable scalable delivery across markets. - Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage. - Partner with Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture teams to develop robust enterprise solutions. - Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities, supporting global market controllership teams in delivering scalable solutions. - Mentor and develop team members, promoting technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Support broader governance, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives within the International Controllership organization, as required. **Qualifications** **Educational Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline is required. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or a related field is preferred. - Demonstrated expertise across Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Analytics, Cloud Technologies, and Generative AI capabilities. - Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Google Cloud, Generative AI certifications, or equivalent enterprise technology credentials are highly desirable. **Functional Competencies** - Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for transformation, innovation, and business value creation. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience delivering technology-enabled business outcomes. - Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Proven experience leading enterprise transformation, automation, data, analytics, and Generative AI programs.
