Job Summary Manager, FP&A The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust planning processes for India Hub Business. This role would support business leaders by providing financial insights, forecasting business performance, evaluating investments, and ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and profitability targets. This role also requires a close collaboration with India Leadership teams, Business partners and teams across APAC & growth Market. Responsibilities • Drive Financial performance, support strategic decision-making while identifying opportunities to fund business • Prepare Executive Dashboards/Presentations for Country leadership, Growth Market and APAC • Leading Planning Process for long term and short term (includes AOP, Forecast and Strat Plan) • Drive Pricing & Margin expansion; rationalizing Distributor margins ; Sales Incentives • Analyze Profitability at Product ,customer and segment level. • Develop Business cases for New Product Launches, Investment opportunities. • Robust Month-End Closing review and Variance analysis. • Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance. • Regular Business reviews with Business and Functional Partners. • Identifying automation opportunities by technology adoption for various MIS • Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making • Enhance Operational performance improvement through identification and implementation of Value Improvement Program (VIP) through cost optimization and automation initiatives. • Participate and Drive Growth Market/APAC/Global Initiatives • Experience of Handling High Performing teams • Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all requirements. Requirements • Bachelors (or higher) degree in Accounting. Chartered Accountant /MBA preferred. • 10-12 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance Preferable experience in Consulting Firm/Medical device Industry. • Strong Business partnering skills, executive presence, analytical skills, storytelling with data • Stakeholder Management • Leadership and Influencing skills • Data analytics and automation capability with proficiency in excel, BI tools . • Strong Business acumen with ability to influence without authority • Understanding of accounting, controls, processes and taxation. • Experience of handling projects, process enhancements, automation • Ownership and accountability to drive execution with result orientation • Excellent Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English. • A positive attitude, innovative and creative thinker. • Experience in working with global teams and cross-functional environment. • Experience in Team Leadership, coaching & Change Management • Experience Level: Mid Level Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
