Job Description **Responsibilities** **Corporate Client Onboarding** - Identify and manage onboarding of new corporate client onto the app - Work closely with the Group Sales teams to identify opportunities and drive adoption **Vendor Identification /Management** - Identify partners: Scout, evaluate and select third party vendors to support and strengthen the Health & Wellbeing Ecosystem - Lead onboarding : Manage vendor contract negotiations, compliance checks and system integrations - Monitor performance: Review vendor service level agreements (SLAs) regularly to ensure high quality delivery **Digital Policy Servicing & Renewal collection** - Optimise servicing: guide users to utilise the app for policy servicing requests , downloads and updates - Drive Collections : Execute targeted campaigns to collect renewal premiums directly through the mobile app. **What We're Looking For** - 610 years of experience in **Group Sales/ Healthtech / Fintech** - Proven experience in onboarding and managing corporate clients /vendors - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms to accelerate creative development and execution
