Job Description # **Learning & Development (L&D) Manager** # **Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 8-12 Years | Qualification: BBM/MBA (HR Preferred) | Work Mode: WFO (5 Days)** # **Role Summary** # **LG Soft India is looking for an experienced L&D Manager to drive organizational learning, capability development, leadership programs, and employee development initiatives. The role requires expertise in learning strategy, program management, LMS administration, stakeholder management, facilitation, and learning analytics.** # **Key Responsibilities** # **Develop and implement learning and capability-building strategies aligned with business goals.** # **Design and facilitate leadership, behavioral, technical, and professional development programs.** # **Manage end-to-end learning programs, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and evaluations.** # **Administer LMS, maintain learning records, and support certification initiatives.** # **Analyze learning data, prepare MIS/dashboard reports, and measure training effectiveness.** # **Drive employee development programs, learning campaigns, induction programs, and certification initiatives.** # **Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, training partners, and vendors to execute learning interventions.** # **Required Skills** # **8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.** # **Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.** # **Advanced Excel and reporting skills with experience in data analytics.** # **Experience with LMS platforms and learning effectiveness measurement.** # **Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools and digital learning platforms.** # **Preferred experience in IT, Software, Engineering, or R&D organizations.** # **Key Competencies** # **Strategic Thinking** # **Business Partnership** # **Learning Agility** # **Data-Driven Decision Making** # **Communication & Facilitation** # **Problem Solving & Collaboration** # **Why LGSI?
