Job requisition ID :: 106550 Date: Jul 4, 2026 Location: Mumbai Designation: Manager Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **Manager | ICC | Mumbai | Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting ICC** - **Job requisition ID** : 106550 - **Location**: Mumbai - **Entity**: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **Manager | SRT-National Office | Strategy Growth Office** - **Location:** Mumbai - **Entity:** Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **Your work profile** - Business Growth Office: - Manage the PMO for the growth office and prepare a detailed plan and strategy for each GTM segment. - Provide insightful reports to leadership on a regular basis highlighting Visibility, Blue Sky and end to end tracking of action plan. - Lead the BOLD plays to increase Business Penetration/Wallet share and regularly track progress against the plan - Support the Growth officer to Introduce new SLs to the clients, increase number of PEDs working on the clients and generate uplift in new opportunity creation. - Design & monitor a comprehensive KPI tracking for business and SLs on New opportunities created/expanded, Sales, PEDs introduced, SLs penetration, Net New clients, ROI on investment/funding & Events. - Global account management, planning for all the focus entities by business and geography. - Driving engagement through MDM workshops and identifying incremental new opportunity creation - Help GLCSP introduce new PEDs, increase business penetration and alliance coverage in all focus entities. - Drive GTM strategy for the West by screening the market for potential non-named clients which can be scaled - Plan focus account calls with each account and discuss with PEDs on new offerings that can be taken to client - Drive uplift from incremental opportunity creation through Market intel, Jupiter & competitive intelligence - Plan and execute events for the West Market like PED meets, sector roadshows - Prepare and release thought leadership and industry reports specific to the west market - Prepare & track a Robust KPI mechanism which focuses on qualitative and quantitative parameters backed with data **Key skills required** In order to be considered for the role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of business modelling services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as: - MBA with 8 to 10 years work experience preferably. - Ability to articulate concepts to Senior Leadership. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - Strong branding and analytical skills, good business understanding - Advanced problem-solving skills to meet stakeholder needs using a blend of intuition and analysis, creating an ideal balance between strategic and operational focus. - Expertise in gathering, analysing, and synthesizing secondary research data to support decision-making. - Goal oriented with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks and interact with critical stakeholders.
