Key Responsibilities • Manage indirect tax compliance covering GST, Customs, VAT, and CST . • Ensure all statutory and regulatory tax requirements are met on time. • Handle tax notices, assessments, audits, and correspondence with tax authorities. • Provide indirect tax support for business projects and strategic initiatives. • Ensure the company follows the most beneficial and compliant tax structure. • Monitor and interpret changes in tax laws and government regulations. • Complete pending tax assessments, including cases with incomplete historical records. • Conduct and oversee training on tax-related tools, systems, and processes for the team. • Minimize exposure to interest, penalties, and tax litigation through timely compliance. Required Skills & Expertise • Strong knowledge of: GST,Customs laws,VAT/Sales Tax,CST • Experience in: • Handling tax audits and assessments • Responding to tax notices • Interacting with tax authorities • Tax compliance and advisory Qualification • Chartered Accountant (CA) • 4-7 years of relevant experience in indirect taxation.
