Job Description Manager, LATAM FP&A **Position** **Manager LATAM FP&A** **Department** Overseas Finance **Location** Hyderabad **Experience** 710 Years **Qualification** **Chartered Accountant (CA)** Mandatory **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused **Manager LATAM FP&A** to support the financial planning, analysis, and commercial finance activities for the LATAM region. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience supporting LATAM markets and partnering with regional business teams to drive financial performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis for the LATAM business. - Monitor inventory, receivables, and working capital to achieve business KPIs and optimize cash flow. - Review monthly financial performance and identify cost optimization and profitability improvement opportunities. - Support transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and tax optimization initiatives across LATAM entities. - Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, business performance reports, and management presentations. - Partner with Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to provide actionable financial insights. - Strengthen internal controls, including payment reviews, financial governance, and compliance processes. - Develop and implement finance SOPs, process improvements, and automation initiatives. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines. - Drive profitability analysis, pricing reviews, and business performance tracking across the LATAM region. - Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. - Mentor and develop finance team members to improve technical capability and process ownership. **Qualifications & Experience** - **Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.** - **710 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Controlling.** - **Mandatory experience supporting LATAM (Latin America) business operations, including financial planning, reporting, and business partnering.** - Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing industry is preferred. - Strong understanding of transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and multinational finance operations is preferred.
