| | | --- | | **Main Accountabilities** | | Training Planning & Delivery:  - Create annual learning calendar for North Zone  - Deliver training programs & certify SMEs  - Travel within zone for delivery   Learning Management:  - Personalized learning support  - Monitor training effectiveness  - Conduct impact analysis   Stakeholder Collaboration:  - Liaise with Business & Zonal Heads  - Work with Product, Credit, Risk, Ops  - Conduct TNA   Content & Compliance:  - Create lending product content  - Drive RBI compliance training   Reporting & Infrastructure:  - Monthly MIS reporting  - SME ecosystem development   Business Accountability:  - Drive business impact  - Align with P&L objectives |
