Job description

**QUALIFICATIONS:** B.E / B Tech Electrical / Mechanical **EXPERIENCE:** - 12-15 Years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing functions in large projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems of the project - To prepare detailed BOQ - Checking the BOQ of consultant & preparing purchase requisition - Planning and design in the areas of MEP systems including developing standards and inspection procedures for MEP matters - Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc. - Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to design aspects related to MEP. - Review and provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems **KEY SKILLS:** - Excellent administration & execution skills - Effective technical skills - Command on verbal & written communication
