Job description

**Job Purpose** To build and operate the FasTag NCMC issuance product for Bajaj Pay Part of Bajaj Finance Ltd **Duties and Responsibilities** - Product development: Develop the complete grounds up solution for FasTag NCMC issuance to customers of Bajaj Finserv mobile app and web platform. - Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, etc. - To identify partners / Aggregator specific requirements and work for a solutio0n for them with Paytech team - Regular engagement with all dependent and onboarded external vendors. - Develop and operate a monthly / quarterly cycle with IT delivery teams for the product - Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve the product - Keeping oneself abreast with latest regulatory changes across different issuance and acquiring products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units. **Key Decisions / Dimensions** - Project design related decisions - Timeline related - Alternative solution and partners - Adapting industry best practices **Major Challenges** - Co-ordination between multiple teams and external vendors to enable task delivery **Required Qualifications and Experience** a)Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience b)Work Experience - Minimum 2 years of running projects and products On FasTag or Prepaid products or NCMC products. - Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment. - Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. - Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter. - Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
