**Position** **Title:** Manager - Program Management and Aircraft Configuration **Job** **Code** **Grade:** D2 **Function:** Commercial **Location:** Gurugram **Reports** **to:** Chief Manager - Program Management and Aircraft Configuration **Role Level:** Manager 1. **Job Purpose** - Ownership of aircraft configuration programs across line-fit aircraft or retrofit programs within the team. - Provide support in the analysis, design and program management activities and tasks required for aircraft configuration and program management. - Provide high quality materials, inputs and analysis, including Powerpoint presentations and Excel models to aid senior management decision making. 1. **Key** **Accountabilities** **Commercial Analyst Activities** - Work with various Air India teams across functions to frame business problems, perform analysis, design visualization of results, and develop analytical models to meet strategic and commercial objectives. - Proactive in data research and analysis and in developing solutions and insight to support the relevant programs. - Prepare and review reports as directed by reporting managers - Assist with the preparation of all business presentation, budgets, etc. Presentation to department heads and to CCO. - Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions - Raise risks and issues to project management for resolution in a timely manner - Research innovation and trends related to business, industry and economy as directed by team for enhancement of strategic objectives - Attend periodic goverce reviews with suppliers/internal teams, lead discussions and provide inputs to support the business Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
