Job requisition ID :: 107015 Date: Jun 24, 2026 Location: Mumbai Designation: Manager Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **Scrum Master / Project Manager – Technology Delivery** **Location:** Mumbai **Experience:** 8–10 Years **Role Type:** Client-Facing **Role Summary** We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead delivery for a strategic technology program with a Mumbai-based client. This role requires strong Agile delivery leadership, proactive stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership of execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-facing, and capable of driving alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful program outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** **Agile Delivery Leadership** - Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Drive Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Enable predictable sprint and release delivery by proactively removing impediments and managing team dependencies. - Track delivery progress and ensure commitments are met with quality and transparency. **Project & Delivery Governance** - Own delivery timelines, scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID). - Establish and maintain structured reporting, dashboards, and governance mechanisms. - Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and drive mitigation plans. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams and releases. **Stakeholder & Client Management** - Engage regularly with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams. - Provide concise, executive-level updates on delivery progress, risks, and key decisions. - Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams. - Build trusted relationships and serve as the primary point of coordination for delivery-related matters. **Execution & Program Leadership** - Drive accountability across teams and ensure closure of actions, risks, and dependencies. - Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution to maintain delivery momentum. - Promote transparency, ownership, and disciplined execution across the program. - Support strategic planning, roadmap discussions, and delivery prioritization. **Required Experience & Skills** - 8–12 years of experience in IT Delivery, Project Management, or Program Management roles. - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments. - Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholder management. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, dependencies, and cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Strong risk management, planning, and execution capabilities. - High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and business value. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in the Insurance domain. - Exposure to ServiceNow platform implementations or digital transformation programs. - Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM). - PMP or equivalent Project Management certification. **Success Profile** - Drives structured execution in complex and ambiguous environments. - Builds credibility and influences senior stakeholders effectively. - Brings rigor and discipline to Agile delivery governance. - Ensures visibility, accountability, and timely closure of delivery commitments.
