Job description

**Responsibilities** - Commissioning Planning and Coordination: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive commissioning plans aligned with project schedules, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory and company standards. - Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors to execute commissioning activities smoothly. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain alignment with project goals. - Technical Oversight: Oversee the commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and control systems in power plants. Ensure all systems meet design specifications and operational standards before handover. - Quality Assurance and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the commissioning process. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with industry codes and Adani’s safety policies. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, test results, and compliance reports. Prepare detailed progress reports and present findings to senior management and clients. - Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify potential commissioning issues proactively and lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. - Budget and Resource Management: Manage commissioning budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize utilization to achieve project milestones within financial constraints. - Training and Development: Mentor and develop commissioning team members to enhance technical capabilities and promote knowledge sharing within the organization. - Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned from past projects to improve commissioning processes and enhance overall project delivery standards. - Client and Vendor Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for commissioning-related queries from clients and vendors, ensuring transparent communication and high customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
