**Position Details** - Position Name: Project Manager - Designation: Manager (L10) - Department: Project (Functional Area: Civil) - Company: On Roll (Permanent) - Location: Pune (Transferable according to the project) - Reports to: Head - Projects **KRA & Responsibilities** Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. - Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD. - Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages. - Knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations. - Analysing engineering drawings, survey reports to guide the construction process. - Reporting project updates, milestones and delay analysis to the project in charge. - Site conflict solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication. - Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple vendor. - Planning, allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency. - Monitoring quality at site. - Monitoring project costs, optimization budgeted cost. - Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges. - Depth knowledge of measurement and BBS checking. - Overall knowledge of project i.e PEB, MEP and Office interior. **Qualification & Work Experience** - Qualification: B. Tech (Civil) - Work Experience: More than 7 Years - Others: experience in project management at site.
