Manager QA Audit: **Illustrative JobResponsibilities** - Conduct QA reviews of audit assignments covering planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting - Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls across business and support functions - Identify gaps in audit execution and documentation quality, and highlight improvement areas - Ensure compliance with internal audit policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (RBI, Companies Act, etc.) - Assist in preparation of QA reports, presentations, review summaries, and dashboards for internal / external stakeholders - Participate in analytics/automation initiatives to improve audit quality and efficiency - Support regulatory inspections and external quality reviews - Conduct IFC reviews and RBS Tranche III testing **Qualification & Experience** - CA / MBA or equivalent qualification - 58 years of experience in Internal Audit / Risk / QA within BFSI - Understanding of RBIA framework and audit lifecycle - Exposure to audit documentation review / quality checks is preferred **Key Skills Required** - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Good understanding of risks and controls across processes - Effective communication and coordination skills - Working knowledge of Excel and basic analytics tools - High ownership and ability to work under timelines
